On Wednesday, May 3rd, Akers Digital is once again teaming up with PeopleForBikes to put on a DRAFT event here in Salt Lake City. The event starts at 6 pm and is being hosted by our good friends at ASSOS USA.
#DRAFTmeetup is a PeopleForBikes event. The goal of the event is simple, to bring the cycling industry together for conversation, networking, and an open exchange of ideas. The event is light on programming, heavy on conversation. DRAFT Wasatch has four speakers who each get 5-minutes to present on a topic followed by a 5-minute Q&A.
The Speaker Lineup
Alex Stoy of Elevated Adventure Company
How does Elevated Adventure Company sell experiences over products? You might think it is easier for a travel company to sell an experience, but what can your brand do differently to better tell its story?
Steve Robinson of the National Ability Center
Cycling is a lifelong activity and the National Ability Center is opening doors by helping people of all abilities get on a bike.
Jamie White of Métier Vélo
What happens when you combine 3D printing technologies with years of frame building experience? You get Métier Vélo.
Carly Ferro of the Sierra Club
The Sierra Club has been advocating for public land rights for 125 years. So why should your brand and the cycling industry as a whole support public land initiatives? Carly will tell us why.
We hope to see you on May 3rd at ASSOS’s new American Headquarters located at 411 S 800 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84102.
