Account Manager (Full-Time)

Employment Location: Park City or Salt Lake City, UT prefered; Remote possible for the right candidate.

Salary Range: $50,000-60,000

Benefits: SIMPLE IRA with employer match; Highly flexible work schedule. Health Insurance not offered.

The Account Manager plans, develops and manages clients' digital strategies to achieve their digital marketing goals. They are responsible for the overall client satisfaction, strategy, and program delivery for assigned accounts as well as being responsible for building and managing relationships with existing and potential clients. The Account Manager, with the assistance of the leadership team, defines client performance marketing strategies, evaluates the effectiveness of client programs, and recommends improvements or additional services as appropriate. 

Roles and Responsibilities

- Build long-term relationships with clients 
- Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
- Plan and implement digital strategies for clients including ads, email, and web
- Implement paid social media, search, email marketing strategies
- Create and execute ecommerce campaigns
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns and strategies
- Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase client ROI
- Create and track KPIs for each client
- Prepare and present reports on client progress
- Prepare agendas for client meetings
- Assign & manage tasks for internal teams
- Manage monitor campaign budgets
- Ability to jump in and help with email, websites, digital advertising, and other tasks 
- Stay up to date with digital technology trends

Position Qualifications

- 3-5 years of relevant digital marketing experience. Think digital advertising, SEO, email marketing, and eCommerce.
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn our tech stack which includes:
- Shopify & Shopify Plus
- Klaviyo
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook) Business Manager
- Basis DSP
- Monday.com
- Agency Analytics
- Slack 

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit/stand at a desk for long periods of time

Digital Ads Coordinator (Full-Time)

The Digital Marketing Coordinator responsibilities include creating digital campaigns, tracking campaign progress, developing various digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, collating content, updating online assets, streamlining digital marketing production, and handling general digital marketing activities. Digital marketing campaigns may include the development and implementation on mobile platforms, social media campaigns and all online promotional activity consistent with budgetary requirements, marketing strategies and client brand. 

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning and execution of all digital marketing activities for clients, including  social media, lead generation funnels, SEO/SEM, email, and paid advertising
- Manage social media channels (including content creation) for clients
- Assist in creating, monitoring, and reporting on advertising campaigns for the various types of content noted above
- Assist in researching, copywriting, and analyzing various types of content
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns and strategies
- Assist in reporting performance of all digital and content marketing campaigns, and assess against client goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Inform and assist in the development of digital and content strategies for clients that result in high engagement and performance
- Ability to assist with other marketing tasks, such as image creation if needed
- Perform and execute various marketing administrative tasks
- Provide excellent client services and support
- Stay up to date with digital technology trends

Position Qualifications

- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the business-to-business (B2B) sector
- Experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
- Experience with Google Ads campaigns
- Experience with paid social media campaigns
- Experience with email marketing campaigns
- Experience in customer service 
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
